What is the Youth Fellowship?

The Gethsemane Youth Fellowship (GYF) is a ministry that aims to strengthen our youths’ faith. The ministry aims to bring together our youths to encourage them through fellowship to live godly lives and bear witness for Christ. Our youths need to be guided and guarded spiritually so that they may grow to be useful for the Lord’s service.

What We Do

Through our fortnightly meetings, we hope to build up our youths to be able to withstand the temptations and trials of this world, and to encourage them in Christian fellowship.

The GYF holds two meetings every month on the first and third Saturdays of the month at 2.00pm, at Gethsemane Media Centre. On the first Saturday, they will learn from Pastor Prabhudas Koshy on the book of Judges. On the third Saturday, they will learn from Preacher Cornelius Koshy on the book of 1 Corinthians.

Besides the fortnightly Saturday meetings, during the university semesters, we hold an online campus Bible Study. This meeting is held on Thursdays, at 6pm. If you would like to join this meeting, please contact our office at +65 6741 1910 for more information.

Our youths also serve the church through the Gethsemane Youth Choir. The Youth Choir meets weekly on Sundays, and also holds occasional practices on Saturdays. The choir presents to the church regularly to encourage and edify the church.
