Camp fees (SGD) based on rooming configurations:

1. Single - $940 / pax¹
2. Twin² - $680 / pax¹
3. Triple³ - $630 / pax¹
4. Child⁴ without bed $320 / child
5. Child⁴ ⁠with additional bed⁵  $450 / child
6. Child 4 years old and younger⁶ – $0 / child

¹ Aged 13 years old and above
² Either as 1 King bed or 2 Super Single beds
³ Triple rooms are only available as ‘1 King bed + 1 Sofabed’ configuration (due to room size limitation)
⁴ Ages 5-12 years old (based on age at time of church camp on 7 June 2027)
⁵ An additional bed will be provided as a sofabed and can only be added to Twin rooming configuration (King bed) due to space constraints
⁶ Rates are based on age as of 7 June 2027. Children aged 4 years or younger who share a room with their parents will not be provided with an additional bed; however, a cot may be requested, subject to hotel availability.

Transport fee (SGD) for coach:

1. Adult/Child - $75 / pax (Same fee for both 1-way and 2-way transport)
2. Child 2 years old and younger - $0 (no seat)

1. Passport details of all registrants
   - Passport number
   - Passport expiry date
   - A clear image of the passport photo page (this may be uploaded later if not ready now)
2. Rooming plans
   - Choice of rooming configuration
   - Name of roommate(s), if applicable
3. Transport plans
   - Example: Coach, self-driving, flight etc.
4. Malaysian visa (for citizens of China, Ethiopia, India, etc.) 
   Participants are responsible for applying and obtaining the necessary visa before travel. For the list of visa requirements by country, you may refer to the official portal of Immigration Department of Malaysia.

Do take note:
A GBPC website account is not required.
You are not required to pay immediately upon submission. Payment may be made at a later date, up to the deadline stated above.
